Who we are
ORYNVA helps businesses understand, adopt and implement AI. ORYNVA was founded by Houda Aoussar and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect
When you submit the “Where are you with AI?” form, we collect:
- your name, work email and company
- how your business currently uses AI
- anything you choose to tell us about what you'd like help with
- whether you agreed to be contacted, and the date and time you submitted the form
We don't ask for sensitive information. Please don't include any in the optional message field.
Why we use it
We use this information only to review your enquiry, contact you about it and recommend a practical next step. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored securely in a database provided by Supabase. Access is restricted to ORYNVA. The website itself is served by our hosting provider, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser's IP address is shared with Google when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up. If we don't go on to work together, we delete them within 24 months of your last contact with us. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop contacting you — you can withdraw your consent at any time
